Is VAT included?: Yes. £94.80 is £79 plus 20% VAT. Checkout matches this page — tax is not added again.
What happens after 200 minutes?: Further talk time is £0.25 a minute for the rest of the month. There is no second plan to upgrade into.
Is the acquisitions agent extra?: No. You choose receptionist or acquisitions when you publish the agent. The buy box is part of Desk.
Can I add another number?: Desk is one line. A second number is a conversation — write to us rather than checking out a higher tier.
How do I cancel?: Close the workspace whenever you like. The number stops answering. See the terms for how data is deleted.
